Once again, the creator of the universe did not create something for us to eat that is not beneficial. It is only after we have messed with it by refining 'out' of it the minerals, that it now becomes detrimental to our health in any quantity! * Refined salt affects your blood pressure when overused. When blood pressure goes up the heart has little time to rest and has to work harder to pump blood throughout your body. * Refined salt tends to create increase water retention in your body. You may feel "bloated", clothes feel tight, shoes uncomfortable and notice a weight gain. |
