our goals

Medical “science” has had so much influence on the average American/Canadian, that generally when a person decides to turn to natural foods, supplements and/or herbs to help solve a problem, he/she is still looking for/expecting a “cure” for a specific “disease.” Only now he/she is looking for a “natural cure.” Education lets us realize that exuberant, disease-free, health is normal for an organism that is supplied with the proper needs for life. Most dis-ease (opposite of a body in healthy ‘ease’) is caused when this is not done. If we do not indulge in the causes of dis-ease, then, we WILL NOT have dis-ease, but ‘ease’ of  good life instead.
      If we can all agree that cigarette smoking contributes to lung cancer, then why can we not agree that we need to come to a realization that other habits are being indulged in that could be contributing to such things as  cancer, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, etc. Information is the ability to evaluate everything taken into our bodies including promiscuous and licentious use of over the counter and prescription drugs, (even taken in blind faith) because we have to trust in a ‘degree’.
            We are the wealthiest of nations, but far from the healthiest. Some  reasons for this are that our air, water and food are not what they were even 75-100 years ago. We have polluted the air, we have added additives to our water to make it ‘safe’ to drink, and our food has lost its trace elements, long leached from our soils. Now, we are told we must use supplements to help supply what is lost. Well which ones, how many, and most importantly why?  
      If we choose to also remain in the dark regarding educational information in learning the ‘natural’ way, why will things have any different results from when we were uneducated in the ‘medical’ way?

    “My people perish for a lack of knowledge”. It is time to choose to stop perishing. That is why this web site is so extensive, and why it will continuously keep growing as we find more things of interest and hopefully you continue to send interesting  information to us.
   We accomplish nothing by just treating dis-ease. Yes, there may be a dis-ease, but what was the cause? And what is the cause of that cause? And what underlies that cause? Ideally, a problem should be addressed at many levels simultaneously: ​
 CAUSE and EFFECT. 
    The opposite is also true. If we treat only the apparent problem without also dealing with the underlying causes, then
       (1) new problems may occur, 
       (2) the old problem may recur or persist, and 
       (3) treatments tend to become more difficult, expensive and invasive, if the underlying causes were not also addressed.  
         We can accomplish healthy goals by learning how to give our bodies what it needs in order to function as Yahweh created it to.   
    As a biblical alternative health care practitioner, concentration will be on education concerning the two biggest contributors to our present unhealthy state; these are the  problems of malnutrition and toxemia, and, these pages are to help you regain, and   how to re-build your health.  
   I will not take the responsibility for your health away from you. For example: a marriage counselor cannot save a marriage. The couple involved must save their own marriage.  The counselor can only lay down guidelines. He cannot live their lives for them.  That is their responsibility.  
There are five things that cause sub-health conditions.
The first three represent only about 5% of all sub-health conditions.
    1) Congenital Deformities     
    2) Hereditary Weakness          
    3) Organic Injury

Most of what we will be dealing with is the last two causes, which amazingly represents the other 95%.
    4) Cellular Contamination  (toxemia)
    5) Nutritional deficiency (malnutrition)
Everything in life is cause and effect. There is no dis-ease without cause. Let’s briefly examine the last 2 items which represents 95% of the causes of dis-ease.

          Cellular contamination is another way of saying toxemia, you cannot have malnutrition without first having cellular contamination. With the exception of a congenital deformity, hereditary weakness, or organic injury, cellular contamination resulting in nutritional deficiencies is the cause of 95% of all our sick population. “We are what we eat”. 
GARBAGE IN- GARBAGE OUT.    
   Why are we so accepting and careful of this truth with our electronics, and yet we do not take this seriously with our own bodies?
       Lets use the following example to explain toxemia of a person who lights up a cigarette for the first time. When the smoke is inhaled the person gets dizzy, feels nauseous, and coughs. This is because the body doesn’t understand or is unfamiliar with this new toxin being introduced to it.

         It begins to defend itself by trying to get rid of the nicotine and smoke via the lungs and stomach. At the same time the brain is becoming intoxicated from these unfamiliar chemicals that have just been introduced. Coughing and vomiting are the bodies way of initially trying to get rid of this ‘new’ toxic contaminant. However, if the person persists in doing this every day, the brain sends a message to the the body that the body raises its tolerance levels.  Now, after lighting up a cigarette the person no longer coughs, nor gets nauseous or dizzy. The body has now accepted the toxic substance as a new normal and is now tolerating it. The symptoms have disappeared, and the person has begun down the road to eventual dis-ease.. 
   Not only that, but because there are no further negative physical effects, the person who smokes no longer is worried about any 'heath effects' that they may be doing to themselves. 
     The cigarette is only one small example of the different types of poison put into the body on a daily basis. Other things, such as over-eating, drinking too much, not drinking enough, overwork, worry, overcooked food, sugar, sugar substitutes, refined salt, overindulges in caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, serum injections, impure water, polluted air, tension, depression, lack of rest, and even sexual excess , all contribute to toxicosis or cellular contamination. Indulging in these harmful practices day after day over a period of time will produce dis-ease, and it is only by rejecting these practices and returning to healthful choices can the body be built.up towards restitution of full health.
 
      The choices we have made up to today have brought us to this place in time right now. They cannot be relived, or re-choiced. But, because we were created by a merciful God, in most cases, if and when we turn away from the practices and choices that brought us to this health crises large or small, “then He is merciful and just in keeping His word” to begin the healing process. 

I will do my utmost best to help you understand that discontinuing poor decisions and  habits, and replacing them with better choices,  your health can be, and will be restored.
The human body is like a metabolic car engine. We supply it fuel (food and nutrients), it runs a pump (heart), on board computer (brain), electrical system (nerves), oil filter (liver), and an exhaust system to eliminate the waste (colon). Every system, in fact every cell of the human body takes fuel to run and eliminate waste material. This body of ours has a pretty incredible engineer. Everything has its place, and there is no extra room. If one organ swells or gets bigger, then the other organs, usually the ones next to it, get squeezed, compressed and crushed. Organs don’t work very well this way as  every organ needs good circulation to get nutrition in and waste out in order to be healthy.

      You probably already have a good idea and know what is less than perfect with your health from a previous medical diagnosis. But, please understand this; The individual disease you were diagnosed with ‘having’ is not the focus of importance to what the body requires in order to regenerate health. Once we recognize that one disease is all disease, and all disease is one disease, you will find that it isn’t important to just diagnose a ‘disease‘. What is important is to find the underlying cause. Disease is a symptom of an overall or specific condition of the body, the bottom line in most cases being toxemia.
        Toxemia is the basic cause of all disease, and  we cause it by breathing polluted air, drinking polluted water, and eating foods we were not biologically equipped to handle.  Undertaking consistent and proper living habits will help to restore us to health in most cases.
       Many of us are so toxic and malnourished that the least little change towards a better diet and lifestyle can have an immediate effect. For most, it is positively feeling better,  but for a few, it can cause some temporary discomfort. We should be aware of this ahead of time. (Just like the person who quits smoking experiences some rough times) That way, if we are one of those few, we won’t get discouraged and give up.
         Your present day health condition is a direct result of how your body has been able to cope ‘or not’ to your lifestyle choices up to to-day, which can also be effected affected by your individual genetics. You may believe that if you are born with a gene to develop cancer, or some other degenerative disease, it automatically means that you will get the disease. That is simply not the case. Environment-lifestyle, diet, and other factors- may play a role in determining whether we will develop a particular disease even if we are genetically programmed to do so.
