MeatloafTotal Time: 70 minutes
Serves: 4 Ingredients 1 1/2 lbs grass fed ground beef 1 egg 1 medium sized onion, chopped 1 cup Whole Wheat Crackers, crumbled (crushed) 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp thyme 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup organic ketchup 1 tsp cumin 1 tbsp maple syrup Method Preheat oven to 350F Mix crackers, salt, pepper, cayenne, thyme in blender until fine. Combine mixture with remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl Transfer to a greased loaf pan, pack lightly Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through Dr.Axe.com |
