Lentil Soup
Ingredients
1 cup lentils (pre-soak in warm water for min. 2 hours) 4 cups water ½ cup chopped onions ½ cup chopped celery ½ cup chopped carrots 2 cup chopped lg cloves garlic 1 Bay leaf Unrefined sea salt and pepper to taste. Method Place lentils and all ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and continue cooking covered for about 1½ hours. Serve over brown rice. |
