Drinking Water

DRINKING WATER: the MOST IMPORTANT HEALTH NECESSITY

Picture

Most of us drink lots, yet our bodies are thirsty. Water is needed to flush toxins from the body and carry nutrients to the cells. Coffee, sodas and alcohol actually dehydrate the body. There is just no substitute for water.
There is nothing of greater value that you can begin to do for your body than drink pure water. You are constructed of 75% water. Therefore, water will have the single most important immediate effect on your system. Water will hydrate, flush toxins, eliminate waste, and supply oxygen and energy to every cell in your body.

It is critical to our bodies to be drinking only pure distilled water. The water that we normally drink from taps, or even purchased bottled water is filled with industrial wastes, inorganic materials, heavy metals and chemicals. Drinking tap water is one way to assure cell contamination.

If at all possible, make your own distilled water, as bottled distilled water will have absorbed chemicals from the plastic containers, and many are still treated with chemicals to assure purity from bacteria.

Do not drink water with meals, as it will interfere with digestion.

Drink water at room temperature. Cold liquids are not normal for our bodies. (Adam did not have ice.)  Cold causes the stomach and intestines to contract, which stops the water from being immediately absorbed, and delays absorption.
Your body needs 1 oz of pure water /every 2 lbs of body weight to replace what it uses on a daily basis.( This amount should not exceed 90 oz per day over 190 lbs) , unless you are working strenuously and sweating.  Increase to the recommended amounts of pure water over a period of a few days. This amount of pure water does not include any other liquids, including but not limited to;  herbal teas or natural juice. Pure water is exactly that: pure water. Your body will respond in the beginning by a need for frequent urination. This excessive need to  urinate will eventually decrease to a normal frequency. Do not quit drinking in order to not urinate frequently. It will level out in a week or two. Urination is the most efficient way our bodies have of detoxification.
A frequently asked question is, “Why does tea, coffee and juice not count as liquid/water?” As soon as anything is added to water, the stomach considers this new item as food which needs to be chemically broken down for proper absorption. Pure water is not digested, but immediately absorbed through the stomach walls and the small intestinal walls. Other liquids must be digested and broken down. Herbal tea is not water with herbs. It is a new liquid that is a chemical bonding between the herbs and the water. It is a food.

Water will also be absorbed through your largest organ, your skin. Have as warm a bath as can be tolerated  at least 3 times a week that lasts 1-2 hours, constantly adding hot water. Sweating eliminated toxins. As your body absorbs water through the skin, this is also helping to dilute toxins and their effects. Add Epsom salts or hydrogen peroxide to you bath water, but do not use an oil, as this will counterbalance the good of the bath by clogging the pores. After completing the bath, stand up, and while the skin is still wet, apply a light coating of mineral oil to the skin before drying off. This will help the water stay in the skin, hydrating it longer, as well as keeping the skin soft and supple.

There are two types of water; ‘heavy, or wet’ and ‘light, or dry’, defined by the amount of energy contained in it. Hard water is ‘light, or dry’ water because the minerals in the hard water has taken the energy away from the water molecules in order for it to be carried in the water. ‘Wet’ water would be soft, low in mineral, high in energy, and ‘heavy’. Steam distillation of water makes this sort of water because it adds energy. This is what makes it catalyze energy reactions in so well.
The highest energy water comes from steam distillation process. No other type of water is able to carry minerals into the system as easily as steam distilled water. Most people who hear about drinking steam distilled water think that it is being done because of the lack of mineral or purity, but that reason is secondary. The primary reason is the energy level that is added to the water when it is steam distilled. This is why the effects of rain water ( which is natures distilled water) on plants or in the garden is often times seen to be much greater. Likewise distilled water in the human, enhances the movement of minerals into the liver. And because the liver has to put water, like all types of food energy, on the body’s frequency, it is much easier to convert high energy water than low energy water.

It will be of interest that animals when given the choice between distilled water and any other type will usually choose distilled.

Also, there are two sources of natural distilled water. One is rain water, now too polluted to drink, and the other source is glacier water. This is the water consumed by the Hunza people in the Himalayas, who are noted for their long life spans
