DIABETES DRUGS CAN CAUSE DEATH

Diabetes  is  epidemic  in  America.  And  why not–there are so many delicious,  disease-promoting  processed  foods  to  eat  all  day,  all  of which lead  to  diabetes.  Combine  this  with epic  amounts of refined sugars,  almost complete lack of exercise,  the  fact that most people  totally  ignore  the early  signs  of diabetes,  and  you  really  have  an epidemic.

The medical profession has  also made it easy for people to live a life with diabetes.  You  simply take a pill or two daily, and voila, your blood sugar is normal. What not enough people understand is that this  is not a cure for diabetes.  It is  simply maintenance via chemistry. The disease continues to rage,  with  all  of its  long list of debilitating end results.

Some of the most serious end results  are now being tracked back to the drugs used to treat diabetes.  At least two medications, pioglitazone  (Actos) and  rosiglitazone  (Avandia),  have  now  been found  to  potentially  cause  or  worsen  congestive heart failure and pulmonary edema. Both of these conditions  medically require  lots  more  drugs  and they can carry  a death sentence. Yet more than  6 million people take these two drugs.

Again,  medicine  is  faced  with  the  typical situation  of the cure being  worse than the disease. This  is  particularly  sad  because  diabetes  is  a curable condition.  By  following four simple lifestyle changes  you can  prevent and even  cure diabetes, and not have to worry about any drugs at all.

1.  Avoid  the #1  cause of Type 2 Diabetes– bad food.


Start first by  avoiding  bad  food.  This  can  be done  simply  by  instituting  a  low-carbohydrate, Mediterranean--type diet.
2. To  prevent and even reverse Type 2 Diabetes-exercise.

3.  To  end  Type  2  Diabetes–use  the  right supplements.

Next use  the right supplements.  All  diabetics must take whole food supplements in order to restore proper insulin functions daily.   Combined  with  the low-carbohydrate  diet and exercise,  this  protocol  is a winner.

4.  To  get yourselves  off the rolls  of Type 2 Diabetics–reduce your stress.

And  finally  reduce  your  stress  levels.  High stress  is  both  good  and  bad.  The  stress  of exercising builds  strong  bones.  But the constant emotional stress of a bad job, relationship, or whatever can induce chronic high insulin levels and eventual insulin insensitivity which is the definition of Type 2 Diabetes.
Reduce your stress  with  exercise,  deep breathing, Yoga, meditation, volunteer work, or whatever makes you happy.

Summary

lf you  are taking diabetes drugs, be aware of the two that are proven to be dangerous, and also understand  that  other  diabetes  drugs  are  under investigation  for life-threatening  side  effects. Simply get off the drugs bandwagon.
These four lifestyle changes are the real way to treat the root cause of Type 2 Diabetes. Powerful drugs  that mask  the symptoms  and  can  damage or kill you do nothing to treat the underlying cause of the disease. The choice is yours.
