BOWEL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Excerpted from the copyrighted works of Dr. A. Howard
Promote two or three bowel movements per day. By more frequent elimination of wastes and greater volume at each elimination offending waste is eliminated before it can cause a problem (and elimination of chronic, previously uneliminated and accumulated waste is voided) .
When the "trash" is eliminated from the bowel more often it (the trash and its associated toxins and poisons) does not drain the persons energy. Also when using a parasite remedy, the residue of the "killed" parasites needs to be eliminated from the body by way of the bowel and other elimination channels. It is important to keep the bowel waste soft and moving so there is no straining at the stool. It is important that when the body gives the signal to eliminate, the waste is not held back. If you do not respond to the body's signal to eliminate waste two things will occur: |
1. Some of the waste will be reabsorbed into the body and be the cause of ill health.
2. Eventually the body will stop giving you the signal to eliminate which is one of the causes of constipation.
3. If more help is needed for the intestines (to rid the body of uninvited guests such as fungus, yeast, or parasites) do a parasite cleanse.

4. Yogurt (only homemade and nothing added.) and Kefir (acid-loving, "friendly bacteria") Is a great addition each evening before bed. This helps to restore the proper “good flora" (helpful bacteria) to the large intestine and prevent gas formation in the intestines. They also provide energy by ESTABLISHING bacteria which produce the B Complex Vitamins in the large intestine. This energy is needed by the intestines to have the strength to move properly.
5. If bowel elimination is still not what it should be, three other possible related causes should be considered. A. Medications that are being taken by the individual may be affecting the ability of the bowel to eliminate waste. NOTE: Check with your prescribing physician or a pharmacist regarding information on your medication and change medication if necessary. |
