1 12 oz pkg whole wheat spaghetti
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken (3 cups cooked)
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes puree
1 cup green peppers chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1 cup mushrooms sliced
1 ½ cup onion chopped
Unrefined sea salt and pepper to taste.
2 cup cheddar cheese grated
Cook spaghetti al dente. Drain
Cook chicken in small amount of water.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
In large pot, combine chicken with remaining ingredients except for the cheese.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti to sauce.
Add cheese to the top of each serving.
