Prepare in the AM:
One rounded teaspoon of whole FLAX SEED stirred into a glass of water (4 ounces). Let sit at room temperature until bedtime. Drink everything at once. DO NOT CHEW THE SEEDS. Prepare at bedtime; Re-prepare the same flax/water mix for drinking first thin upon rising. Continue this cycle for 2-4 months, or until symptoms have been alleviated. The softened flax seeds hit the acid in the stomach and split open into ‘little whirly gigs’ that helicopter through the intestines, loosening and scraping off ‘gunk’ that has accumulated over time |
