Swiss Steak
Ingredients
½ green pepper chopped 1 med onion chopped 1 can tomatoes and juice Unrefined sea salt and pepper to taste Round steak Method Tenderize the steak (by piercing it over and over again with fork tines) Salt and pepper the steak. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Simmer on medium for 2-3 hours. Kim Crouse |
