Low Blood Sugar:  Releive symptoms Easily
The Almond Cure
Because protein  and glucose need each other to balance each other in the body, when the blood sugars  are low, it is usually an indicator that this balance is  off.
   The most logical place to start is with eating smaller, balanced  meals more frequently in the proportions  stated in the 'Eating Healthy' pages.
   
Then; Simply start eating 3 raw, organic almonds (no more) . This will bring you back in balance.
  • At rising
  • at breakfast
  • between breakfast and lunch
  • with lunch
  • between lunch and dinner
  • with dinner
  • between dinner and bed time
  • at bedtime
  • and any time that hunger "growl" starts in your stomach

LOW   BLOOD   SUGAR,    "HYPOGLYCEMIA"   TYPE   PROBLEMS                    

With   low  blood  sugar  the  brain  and  nervous   system  simply  do not   get   the   blood   sugar   they   need   to   remain   stable,    then   many things  can  cease  to  function  normally.     Historically  the  following information   has    played    an    important    role    in    stabilizing    and correcting  low  blood  sugar.

1.     Dietary  Suggestions  
It   is   important   to  eliminate  foods  or substances  that  do  not  help  the  body  nutritionally,   or  that  have the  potential  to  adversely  effect  it.     Chemical  additives  are  not foods.       Don't   eat   them   and   expect   to   be   well.      
2.       Digest-aid  
Digest-aids  ensure  more  complete  digestion  of  the proteins  especially,   as  well  as  other  compounds.     This,   observably helps  to  stabilize  high  or  low  blood  sugar.

3.     Vitamin/Mineral  Supplementation  
A  foundation  for  better  nutrition.

4.        Adrenal  Gland(s)   Supplementation  
The  adrenal  gland(s) ,   one on    top    of    each    kidney,    make    up    to    50    different    anti-stress compounds,      including     hormones,      that     help     the     body     repair, regenerate    and   compensate    for   malfunctions    of    the   body.        The adrenal  glands  supply  the  body  with  the  energy  to  get  well  and  it is  extremely  important  to  support  them.

5.       VITAMIN   B   COMPLEX   
    The  Vitamin  B  Complex  allows  the  nervous  system  pick  up the  blood  sugar  it  needs,   in  order  to  function.

6.     Bowel  Management  Program
To  eliminate  wastes  more  efficiently and  prevent   the  re-absorption  of  waste  by  the  body.

7.         To    rid    the    body    of     "uninvited    guests"    
This would include fungus,     yeast, and parasites

8.      To   ensure   proper   nerve   supply   to   the   organs   of   the   body
  by keeping  the  spine  in  alignment. NOTE:      Sometimes   there   is   a  kink   in  the   neck  or   spine   which prevents  proper  nerve   supply  to  the  pancreas   (the  most   important organ  of  digestion) .     This  then  interferes  with  the  stabilization of  the  blood  sugar.
9.     Clean  the  body  of  poisons  and  wastes
  These  may  be  interfering with  proper  functioning:

8.     Flush  and  clean  all  the  fluids  of  the  body
  Flush  all  the oily/fatty  tissues   such  as   the   liver,   glands,   brain  and  nervous system  and  bone  marrow   (and  to  f lush  out  any  congestion  in  the  gall bladder,   hindering   the   function   of   that   organ,   which     helps   us digest   fats)   with a gallbladder/Liver  flush.
