Exercise

    
It is easy to exercise our bodies wherever we are.

Move your body, any way you can, as much as you are able. Use a mini trampoline for just 5-10 minutes every day.
      The most important thing in exercising is; it is not the length of time you exercise, but that each time you push yourself farther than you thought was your limit that day. As long as you push a little, the results will be great.
    Exercise is crucial to moving nutrients into, and toxins out of our bodies. Exercise stimulates the lymph, increases oxygen, and encourages bowel movements. If exercise is too vigorous for your level of health, you will stress rather than strengthen the immune system. Do what you can to start.  Exercise can be as gentle as a walk.

Benefits of excise :
   
    The Heart muscle is strengthened and cardiac output is increased.
    
    It normalizes blood pressure. If the pressure is up, exercise brings it down , both systolic and diastolic pressures.
    
    It lowers the resting pulse so the Heart does not have to work so hard.
    
    It stimulates deep abdominal breathing, which increases oxygen blood levels.
    
    It relaxes tense muscles and releases negative pent up emotions like anger and depression.
    
    It charges brain and nerve cells with electrical energy.

    It brings physiological balance to the endocrine, pituitary, pancreas and sex gland systems, helping them become more efficient.
    
    Exercise sharpens your mental powers.
    
    It beautifies your figure and your complexion.
    
    It helps you lose excess fat.
    
    It adds energy. It actually produces more energy than it uses.
    
    It slows the aging process.
   
    It increases endurance and delays the onset of fatigue. It is the prescription for emotional fatigue.
    
    It stimulates production of endorphins by the brain. Endorphins relax you and increase your threshold for pain.
